Terms and Conditions of Booking

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made directly with Tirgo Collection for short-term holiday let accommodation at Farthing House (15A Farthing Street, Salisbury) and Fisherton Street (98A Fisherton Street, Salisbury). By completing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. The Booking

  • 1.1  The person making the booking (the Lead Guest) must be aged 18 or over and accepts these Terms on behalf of all members of the party.

  • 1.2  A booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Tirgo Collection.

  • 1.3  The minimum stay at both properties is two nights.

  • 1.4  The property may only be used for the purpose of a private holiday let and may not be used for any commercial, business, or other purpose.

2. Payment

  • 2.1  The full booking amount is charged at the time of booking. Prices are per night and are charged per guest, as displayed at the time of booking.

  • 2.2  Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Tirgo Collection does not store card details.

  • 2.3  Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • 3.1  Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.

  • 3.2  Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days before the scheduled check-in time will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value.

  • 3.3  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.

  • 3.4  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tirgogroup@gmail.com. The time of receipt of the email will be used to determine which cancellation window applies.

  • 3.5  In the event that Tirgo Collection is required to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of such cancellation.

  • 3.6  We recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.

4. Occupancy

  • 4.1  The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for each property at the time of booking.

  • 4.2  Sub-letting or assignment of the booking to a third party is not permitted.

  • 4.3  Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are strictly prohibited at both properties.

5. Pets

  • 5.1  Well-behaved pets are permitted at Farthing House (15A) by prior arrangement only. Please contact us before booking to confirm.

  • 5.2  Pets are not permitted at Fisherton Street (98A).

  • 5.3  Guests who bring pets are responsible for any damage caused and must ensure pets are not left unattended in the property.

6. Check-in and Check-out

  • 6.1  Check-in and check-out times are as stated in the booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request but cannot be guaranteed.

  • 6.2  Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is secured on departure.

7. Guest Responsibilities and Care of the Property

  • 7.1  Guests are expected to treat the property and its contents with care and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition.

  • 7.2  Any damage, breakage, or loss must be reported to Tirgo Collection as soon as possible.

  • 7.3  Tirgo Collection reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairing or replacing items damaged beyond fair wear and tear.

  • 7.4  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside both properties.

  • 7.5  Guests must comply with any noise restrictions applicable to the property and must be considerate of neighbouring residents at all times.

8. Liability

  • 8.1  Tirgo Collection accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during a guest's stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  • 8.2  Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.

  • 8.3  Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Access to the Property

  • 9.1  Tirgo Collection reserves the right to access the property at any reasonable time with prior notice to carry out essential maintenance or inspections.

  • 9.2  In the event of an emergency, access may be required without notice.

10. Governing Law

  • 10.1  These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • 11.1  Tirgo Collection reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
