Tirgo Collection manages two self-catering holiday let properties in Salisbury, Wiltshire: Farthing House (15A Farthing Street) and Fisherton Street (98A Fisherton Street). We are the data controller for the personal data we collect through this website and through direct bookings.

  • Payment information processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details - these are handled securely by Stripe.

  • Email address if you subscribe to our mailing list.

  • Any correspondence you send to us by email or through our contact form.

  • To process and manage your booking and communicate with you about your stay. The legal basis for this is the performance of a contract.

  • To respond to enquiries you send us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective guests.

  • To send you our newsletter and occasional offers, where you have opted in to receive these. The legal basis is your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.

  • To comply with any legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

We use only essential cookies required for the website to function (such as those set by Squarespace for site security and session management) and cookies set by Stripe during payment processing.   • Booking records are kept for up to 7 years to comply with financial and legal obligations.

  • Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 2 years.
