“The flat is exactly as described on the photos and even bigger than I thought it’d be. Everything was clean, functional and they even provided with a basket with coffee pods, tea and biscuits! Your Questions, Answered
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If you need flexibility, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is parking available?
Yes — as a thank you for booking directly with us, we are happy to arrange a guest parking permit on request. Simply provide your vehicle registration when you book and we will take care of the rest, subject to council availability. There is no private on-site parking, but there are also several public car parks and pay-and-display options within a short walk, including Culver and Salt Lane Car Parks near 15A and Fisherton Car Park near 98A.
How do I access the property?
Both properties offer easy self check-in via keypad or key safe. Full step-by-step access instructions are sent to you before arrival.
Are the properties suitable for families?
Yes, families are very welcome. Farthing House is especially well suited to little ones, with a cot and high chair provided and a quiet, gated setting away from the street that is ideal for daytime naps. We kindly ask that parents bring their own cot bedding for health and safety reasons.
Fisherton Street also welcomes families, though as a period apartment on a lively city centre street, some traffic and neighbouring noise can be audible at times. Double glazing helps and earplugs are provided, but families hoping for a quiet nap may prefer 15A. Please note a cot and high chair are not available at 98A due to space
